For Assistant coaches
Coaching workflows
Accepting an assistant coach invite
What to expect when you click an invite link.
You got an invite, now what
A head coach has invited you to join one of their teams as an
assistant coach. You received an email with a link of the form
yousuli.co/coach-invite/<token>/. Click it to begin.
Two paths depending on whether you already have an account
If you do NOT have a Hub account yet
- The link shows a signup form pre-filled with your first name,
last name, and email.
- Pick a password (8 characters minimum).
- On submit, your coach account is created at the assistant
coach tier and you are auto-assigned to the head coach's team.
- You are routed to the coach dashboard.
If you ALREADY have a Hub account
- The link asks you to sign in (if you are not already).
- You see a confirmation page describing the team you are joining.
- Click Accept to add yourself to the team.
- You stay on whatever tier your existing account has (assistant
coach or higher). The Hub does not downgrade you.
What changes for you
- Your roster now includes every athlete on that team.
- You can write notes, run analysis, log assessments, and generate
race plans for those athletes.
- You cannot add new athletes to the roster (only the head coach
can).
For the full list, see
What an assistant coach can and cannot do.
If the link is invalid
Possible reasons:
- The token already accepted on a different account.
- The token expired (more than 30 days old).
- The head coach revoked the invite.
Reach out to the head coach for a new invite.
Leaving the team later
You can leave a team from the team page (your row, Leave team)
or ask the head coach to end the assignment. Your access ends
immediately. Notes you wrote stay attached to the athletes; you
still see them (you are the author), but they become invisible to
the head coach and any other coach.
