Drilling into a single workout: laps, zones, segments, notes.

What you see

Click any activity (from the dashboard, recent activity feed, or sport analytics) to open the detail page. URL pattern: /athlete/<id>/activity/<activity_id>/.

Sections

Summary header

Date, duration, distance, elevation, average HR, average power (if applicable), normalised power, IF, Load. Wellness logged that day appears as a small badge.

Map and elevation profile

If the file has GPS, the route is plotted. The elevation chart sits below.

Power and HR over time

The per-second chart. You can zoom and pan. Lap markers overlaid.

Laps table

Each lap with duration, distance, average power, average HR, average pace. Useful for interval sessions to see whether you held the prescription.

Zones distribution

Time in each power zone (bike) and HR zone (all sports). For swims, time per stroke type if the file has it.

Best efforts

The top efforts from this activity at 1s, 5s, 1m, 5m, 20m, 60m (for power) and equivalent for pace.

Segments

If the route passes any registered Segment, the segment effort appears here with comparison to your previous attempts.
