Reading your weekly volume chart

What the volume chart on your dashboard shows: actual hours and Load per sport over the last N weeks.

What the chart shows

The weekly volume chart on your dashboard plots what you actually did, not what the plan asked for. For each week in the chosen window (default: last 12, can go up to 260) it reports:

API source: GET /api/athlete/<id>/weekly-volume/?weeks=<N>.

How weeks are defined

Weeks are Monday to Sunday. The current week is always the rightmost bar in the chart. A week that has not finished yet shows the totals so far (so Monday morning of any week will show a near-empty current week).

What "effective Load" means

The Load reported on the chart is tss_override if your coach has overridden it for an activity, otherwise the auto-computed Load. The override path is described in Load computation and the coach override.

Reading the trend
