Reading your athlete season view

The timeline that lays out training phases against race dates.

What this page is

/athlete/<your_public_id>/season/ is a visual timeline of your race season. It plots each race against a timeline of training phases the system computes from race dates and priorities.

You can filter by year. The default is the current calendar year.

What you see on the page

Race calendar

Each race is a marker on the timeline. Hover or tap for race name, date, distance, priority, and goal time.

Training phases (auto-computed)

For each A race:

For each B race:

For each C race:

When two race cycles overlap (e.g. taper for race 2 lands in the peak window for race 1), the phases are layered on the timeline. Visual overlap is a signal to your coach to reconcile the conflict.

Metric freshness markers

Recent assessments and threshold tests show up as dots on the timeline so you can see when each metric was last established.

Calculator completion per race

For each race, the page shows how many of the 7 wizard calculator steps have been completed. A race with low completion is not yet ready to race well; it needs more wizard work.
