Show your planned Grepiac workouts in Apple, Google, or Outlook with a read-only iCal feed.
A calendar subscription publishes an athlete's planned workouts as a read-only iCal feed that Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, and Outlook can subscribe to. Your sessions then appear alongside the rest of your life in your normal calendar app.
It is one-directional: workouts flow from Grepiac into your calendar. Anything you change in Apple or Google does not flow back to Grepiac.
You get a private subscribe link. Two forms are shown: a webcal:// link
(best for Apple) and an https:// link (best for Google).
https link.A workout with no start time shows as an all-day entry on the chosen date. That carries no timezone and never shifts, wherever your phone is.
A workout with a start time shows as a timed event, anchored to the athlete's timezone. If an athlete's timezone is blank it falls back to the platform default, so set it (athlete: Settings โ Display preferences; coach: the athlete edit form) before relying on timed workouts, or a 5am session could land at the wrong local hour. The subscribe page shows which timezone is in use.
The feed publishes planned workouts in a window from roughly 3 months back to 12 months ahead. Because it is the athlete's own calendar, it shows only workouts that are visible to the athlete: anything a coach has hidden (a hidden dynamic plan, a hidden week, or a workout with "visible to athlete" turned off) is left out of the feed, just as it is left off the in-app calendar. Completed-activity history is not published; this is a forward plan, not a training log.
Each event carries the workout title, its duration / distance / Load, any free-text description, and a link back to the full workout. For workouts built with the interval builder, the structure is also written out as text (for example "Warm-up 10min ยท 3ร (12min @ 100% / 4min @ 55%) ยท Cool-down 10min"), so the athlete can read the session straight from the calendar without opening the app.
