For Athletes Racing & planning

My Races page (athlete)

Your race calendar, briefs, and recaps in one place.

What this page is for

/my-races/ is your race calendar. It is the page you should open weekly to check what is next, and the page you open on race morning to find your brief.

Three sections

Upcoming

Races in the future, sorted by date. Each row shows:

Today and this week

A focused section for races happening in the next 7 days, with direct links to the brief.

Past

Completed races with results and recap status. Filing the recap is done from here (see Filing a race recap).

Adding a race

Click Add race to create one yourself. Required fields: name, date, sport, distance. Optional: location, course GPX, goal time.

When you add a race, your coach is notified.

Editing a race

Click the race name to open the detail page, then click Edit my race. You can change name, date, location, distance. To change deeper fields (priority tag, course, pacing model) ask your coach.

Race plan

Each race links to its planning wizard at /admin/race-planning-wizard/<race_id>/, where saved calculator outputs make up the race plan. Premium athletes can rerun any wizard step from /calculators/. Free athletes can see saved plan outputs but cannot rerun the calculators.

Race recap

After the race date passes, the row shifts to Past and a File recap button appears. Filing is two minutes; do it within a week.
