What to enter and why each piece matters for race planning.

What to enter

Bikes

For each bike you race or train on:

This drives bike power-to-weight pacing and is also used in aerodynamic adjustments.

Wheels

Each wheel set you race on, with depth and weight. Used in wind adjustment.

Run shoes

The shoes you race in. Used in metabolic cost adjustment (carbon plate shoes shift the running economy curve).

Wetsuit and skinsuit

Brand and model, plus the conditions where you wear which.

Helmet

Brand, model, ventilation class. Used in heat planning.

Race day kit

What you typically race in (top, shorts, calf sleeves, sunglasses). Mostly for the brief checklist.
