Mark days as Limited / Unavailable / Sick / Race and add free-form notes.
Per-day metadata that isn't a workout: travel, illness, race day, or just a quick note ("flying to BCN 6am").
The optional Note field is a short free-form text (max 1000 chars) that renders as italic text under the badge. Hover the badge to see the note in a tooltip.
Availability doesn't auto-cancel workouts. A coach can still drop a workout on an "unavailable" day. The badge is a signal, not a lock. The Phase-4 advisory panel does take availability into account when recommending intensity.
