Building a template

/coach/workout-templates/new/ — fill in name, sport, description, and the Workout structure block. Use the visual interval builder to add Warmup / Steady / Ramp / Intervals / Free ride / Cooldown blocks. Each block has a "Z?" picker to snap power to a Yousuli 8-band zone (Z1 to Z7).

/coach/workout-plans/new/ — set name, weeks count, sport focus. Save, then click each grid cell to pick a template. Multiple templates per day are allowed.
