The race plan: where saved wizard outputs live

After the wizard runs, the saved outputs make up your race plan. Where to find each piece.

What the race plan is

The Hub does not produce a single "click here to generate the brief" page. Instead, your race plan is the set of saved CalculatorResult outputs that the race planning wizard produces and attaches to a race. Each result is reachable from the wizard dashboard for that race.

Where each piece lives

Open the wizard at /admin/race-planning-wizard/<race_id>/. Each completed step shows its key output values inline; click into the step to see the full calculator output.

How to update a piece

Just rerun the corresponding wizard step. The new CalculatorResult becomes the active one for that race; previous runs stay in history so you can compare.

Race week: what to print

There is no built-in printable one-pager. The practical workflow during race week:

  1. Make sure each wizard step has a recent active result.
  2. Confirm the readiness page is green for the metrics that matter most (CP, CSS, run threshold pace, weight). See Race readiness checklist.
  3. Open the wizard one final time the day before. Screenshot or print the calculator outputs you want trackside (typically bike target watts, run target pace, hour-by-hour fueling).

A consolidated one-page export is on the roadmap; for now the wizard dashboard is the closest thing.

Free vs premium

Free athletes can see the wizard dashboard and view saved outputs for any race assigned to them. Running the calculators directly (e.g. running a new CP test from /calculators/) requires the premium athlete tier or a coach grant. For the full split see Free vs premium athlete.
