For Athletes
Getting started
Free vs Premium athlete: what is the difference?
A side-by-side of what unlocks at the premium athlete tier.
Both tiers get
- Race calendar with A, B, and C tagging.
- Daily wellness logging (sleep, soreness, mood).
- Equipment inventory (bikes, wheels, shoes, suit).
- Coach notes shared with you.
- Workout file uploads (FIT, TCX, GPX).
- Basic activity detail page (laps, summary, HR and power averages).
- Race recap form after each race.
- Read access to your sport analytics page.
Premium adds
- Full calculator catalog: pacing, fueling, hydration, swim CSS,
bike power, run pace, environment adjustment, transition planning,
and more.
- Race plan generation (the wizard outputs): a one page brief with pacing
targets, fueling and hydration by leg, equipment, and splits.
- Environment adjusted plans: pacing recalculated for forecast
wind, temperature, altitude, and grade.
- Deeper analytics: power and pace curves with longer windows,
best efforts ladder, segment efforts, swim distance per stroke
benchmarks.
- Macrocycle visibility: see your full season plan, not just the
next seven days.
- Priority support: bug reports and questions tagged for faster
response.
How to become premium
Three ways:
- Your coach grants you premium at no extra cost to you (they
include grants in their coach plan).
- You pay directly at $49 per year (see pricing).
- An admin grants you premium for a beta period or sponsorship.
If you are unsure which applies, ask your coach. If you already pay
directly, check Settings > Billing.
What happens if a grant ends
If your coach ends your relationship or stops granting you premium,
your tier reverts to free. Any premium that you paid for directly
is unaffected. Your data (activities, races, wellness, equipment)
stays in your account either way.
