The coach dashboard at a glance

Open /dashboard/. The page is your operations centre and is split into four parts.

1. Roster panel

Your full roster sorted by recent activity. Each row shows:

Athlete name, public id, and team
Premium tier indicator
Last activity uploaded (with a relative timestamp)
Concerns flag (if a wellness signal or assessment triggered review)
Intake quick-link showing when their intake was last submitted (e.g. Intake · Jun 2026, or Intake · none) so you can see at a glance who is current and who needs a season redo. It opens that athlete's dashboard, where the full intake panel lives. When an athlete hasn't filled it in yet and has an account email, a Nudge → button appears next to it: one click emails them a link to complete their intake (you trigger it, it never sends automatically). Click any row to open that athlete's performance dashboard.

2. Upcoming races panel

All A, B, and C races across your roster in the next 8 weeks, chronological. Click a race to open the planning wizard. Stale or incomplete wizard runs surface here as warnings.

3. Recent activity feed

The last few activity uploads across your athletes. Click an item to jump straight to the activity detail page for review.

4. Action buttons

The right-hand action column gives you fast paths to:

New athlete to create a record manually.
Athlete join links to manage your group sign-up URLs. Links can be bound to a team so signups land straight in it (rather than the Unassigned bucket). See Join link deep dive.
My teams to manage teams and assistant coaches.
Macrocycle plans to open the plan dashboard across athletes.
Activity uploads for batch uploading FIT files on behalf of athletes.
Calculators for the public catalog.

Upload Activities and Calculators are also in the top nav.
Admin opens the Django admin (superusers and admins only).
Settings opens your account settings.
Help opens this help center.

What you do not see

Admin only items, billing dashboards, and analytics live behind /admin/. Coaches do not have staff access; they manage their work inside the coach surface.
