What every panel on the athlete dashboard shows and how to navigate.
What you see when you sign in
After an athlete sign-in, the Hub drops you on My Races by
default. Click your name (top right) to switch to the performance
dashboard which is the data-rich view your coach designed.
My Races (the default landing)
- Upcoming races sorted by date, with priority tags (A, B, C).
- Past races with results and recap status.
- Click any race to open its saved race plan (premium) or the basic
detail page (free tier).
The richer dashboard, normally opened by your coach but accessible
to you too:
- Recent activities for the last 7 to 14 days, color coded by
sport.
- Wellness snapshot showing sleep, soreness, mood, fatigue
trend (only if you log).
- Plan position showing where you are in your current
macrocycle (base, build, peak, taper).
- Anthropometrics (weight, BSA) with trend line.
- Sport tiles for swim, bike, run. Each links to that sport's
analytics page.
Top navigation
Across the top of every signed-in page:
- My Races returns you to the race calendar.
- Wellness opens the daily log form.
- Equipment opens the bike, swim, run gear inventory.
- Settings is your account preferences.
- Help opens this help center.
