Workouts, Grepiac library & training plans
How single workouts, the Grepiac starter library, multi-week plans and the builder fit together.
The pieces
- A workout is one scheduled session on an athlete's calendar, a
sport, a date, an optional target (duration, distance, Load, intensity
ratio) and an optional structure of intervals tied to zones.
- The Grepiac library is a starter set of ready-made workouts you can
drop onto any athlete without building from scratch. They're marked
Grepiac; your own saved workouts show as Mine.
- A training plan is a multi-week sequence of workouts (a plan of
workouts). Apply it once and every session lands on the calendar on the
right day.
Adding from the library
On any athlete's calendar, open 📋 Library / Plans (in the
SPORT/TAG/SEARCH bar). Two tabs:
- Workouts: browse Grepiac + your own, filter by sport, click a row to
preview the full structure, then pick a date and Add.
- Plans: preview the week-by-week breakdown, then choose a Start
date or an End date (anchor a plan so its final week lands on race
day) and Apply to the athlete.
This works for coaches viewing any athlete and for premium athletes on
their own calendar.
The builder & zones
Workout intervals are expressed against the athlete's zone system
(power, pace or HR), so "4 × 8 min at Z4" renders the right watts/pace for
that athlete. The annual/macro planning layer that feeds plans is the
Macrocycle plan basics.
