Workout library and ready-made training plans

The shared Grepiac workout library and structured plans (C25K โ†’ Ironman) available to coaches and premium athletes.

The workout library

Grepiac ships a shared workout library โ€” structured sessions across swim, bike, run, and strength, each with a target-by-metric breakdown (power, pace, heart rate, or RPE) you can visualise and drop straight onto the calendar. Coaches can also save their own templates alongside the Grepiac set.

On an athlete's calendar, open ๐Ÿ“‹ Library / Plans (in the SPORT/TAG/SEARCH bar): browse Grepiac + your own workouts, filter by sport, click a row to preview the full structure, then pick a date and Add โ€” it spawns a scheduled session for that athlete on that date. (On the coach team calendar you can also drag a workout straight onto a day.)

Ready-made training plans

On top of single workouts, the library includes full multi-week plans:

From the Plans tab, preview a plan's week-by-week breakdown, then anchor it by a Start date or an End date โ€” choose the end date to land the plan's final week on race week and Grepiac back-calculates the start. Applying expands every entry into scheduled workouts on the athlete's calendar, snapped to the week's Monday.

Mix and match with the macrocycle builder. These plans don't have to own the whole calendar. Because everything lands as the same scheduled sessions, you can apply a single-discipline plan (say Couch to 5K for the run, or your own run workouts) and build the other disciplines with the macrocycle builder โ€” they coexist without clobbering each other. See Mixing ready-made plans with the macrocycle builder.

Who gets access

The library and plans are available to coaches and premium athletes. Free athletes are prompted to upgrade. This makes the library and plan catalogue a concrete perk of premium / coached membership โ€” see Free vs Premium athlete and the pricing page.
