Free forever. Race calendar, wellness logging, equipment inventory, basic activity detail, coach notes. See Free vs premium athlete.

Athlete premium, 49 USD per year

Adds calculator catalog, race plan generation, environmental adjustments, deeper analytics, full macrocycle visibility.

Coach, 299 USD per year

Unlimited roster, macrocycle planning, all coaching tools, 2 included assistant coaches.

The coach rebate

Coaches with premium athletes on their roster earn rebates:

• From the 7th premium athlete onward, you get 50 USD per year per premium athlete back.
• At 12 or more premium athletes, your rebates fully cover the 299 USD plan (and continue to accrue if you go above 12).

The rebate is computed nightly based on active premium grants and direct premium payments.

Beta grandfathering

Coaches who joined during the open beta keep the 299 USD per year rate for life, even after we raise prices. The grandfather status is recorded on your account.

Renewals

• Plans are annual.
• We email a reminder 14 days before renewal.
• Renewals go through Stripe (when live; during beta we invoice manually).
• You can cancel any time from /settings/billing/. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you keep access until then.

Refunds

• Within 30 days of first payment: full refund on request, no questions.
• After 30 days: pro-rated refund of unused time on annual plans.

Viewing your billing state

/settings/billing/ shows:

• Your current tier and source (direct paid, coach grant, admin grant).
• Renewal date.
• Rebates earned and applied (coaches).
• Past invoices.

Changing tier

• Athlete free to premium: click upgrade on /settings/billing/, or ask your coach to grant.
• Athlete premium to free: cancel from /settings/billing/.
• Coach plan changes: email us.
