Managing your privacy and consent

Your Privacy & consent page gives you per-purpose control over your health and wellness data. Each switch is independent — turning one off never affects the others.

The switches

• Store wellness & health logs — lets you record daily wellness (sleep, HRV, resting HR, soreness, stress, mood, illness). With this off, the wellness form is turned off and nothing is stored.
• Store menstrual-cycle data — lets you log menstrual phase, cycle day, and symptoms alongside your wellness. Off by default; separate from the wellness switch above.
• Share wellness with my coach — lets your current coach see your wellness logs and the trends computed from them.
• Share menstrual data with my coach — lets your current coach see your menstrual-cycle entries. Separate from the wellness share.

Storing and sharing are different

Storing data and sharing it with your coach are two separate decisions. You can log wellness for your own use without sharing it, and you can share wellness without sharing menstrual data. A coach who hasn't been granted a category sees a "not shared" marker in its place.

Turning things off

You can turn any switch off at any time. When you turn off Store menstrual-cycle data, you're offered the option to also erase your past cycle entries — this blanks the menstrual fields on your existing wellness logs while keeping the rest of each entry.

Your consent history

Every time you turn a switch on or off, Grepiac records it with a timestamp. You can see your full consent history in your data export.
